Welcome!

I’m very excited to share that as of this month I have started my own company called Lita’s Ayurveda. A long held dream has come true.

With the blessings of my dear father and humble teacher, Dr. Hari Sankar Dash, four generations of grandfathers, my family’s lineage of Ayurvedic doctors in India, I am embarking on my new journey in the Netherlands.

My life’s wish is to help many people with the knowledge that has been passed down to me by my father, and to him by his father, and so on. I am grateful that I am able to share the traditional Ayurvedic teachings in its purest and most authentic form in Europe, and over the past 13.5 years I have laid a solid foundation in the Netherlands on which I can now build.

This weekend I will travel to India to enjoy a longer visit after a long time. From there I will give online consultations until December 30th.
On the 12th of January I will return to the Netherlands to continue my Ayurvedic consultations from the following locations: The Hague, Leiden, ’s Gravendeel, ’s Hertogenbosch, Bergen op Zoom and Tilburg. Consultations can already be booked: book a consult.

Also various courses and workshops are planned for 2026:

• a Lifestyle workshop on January 9th
• the Marma refresher course on January 31st
• a 2 day Lifestyle course on February 21st – 22nd
• and the 5 day Marma therapy training on 16 – 20th of March.
